The Towers Transformation: Comprehensive Restoration and Modernization
The Towers Restoration project, conducted from May to October 2023, exemplifies our commitment to comprehensive and high-quality restoration services. Over the course of five months, our dedicated 20-person crew undertook the challenge of revitalizing two aging towers.
Key aspects of the project included replacing 113 old exterior exhaust vents, restoring concrete spalls and infractions, and applying a durable commercial coating using Sherwin Williams Masonry Loxon XP paint. Our team also meticulously tuckpointed loose and deteriorating mortar, ensuring the structural integrity and aesthetic appeal of the buildings. Additionally, we performed essential asphalt, concrete, caulking, and powerwashing services.
This extensive restoration transformed the former 55 Fir Apartments into The Towers, showcasing our expertise and dedication to excellence in commercial property restoration.
