Parma Warehouse: Garage Work and Exterior Painting

We recently completed upgrades to a warehouse facility in Parma, focusing on accessibility improvements and exterior aesthetics. The project involved creating a finished opening for a 14′ x 14′ garage door, installing a new commercial man door, and repainting the west and north sides of the building.

To improve operational efficiency, our team carefully cut and reinforced a new garage door opening. We added structural supports and fitted metal upper trim with J-channel for a polished finish. We completed masonry work for stability and applied exterior break metal around the perimeter to seamlessly blend with the building’s design. Next, we installed wood framing per the garage door’s specifications and completed touch-up painting for a cohesive look. While the garage door and mechanical components were handled by a separate contractor, we ensured the opening was fully prepared for installation.

Additionally, we installed a new commercial man door for better pedestrian access. After cutting the rough opening and making necessary masonry repairs, we securely positioned the door with a durable metal trim finish. We added a push lock and exterior pull handle for security and convenience.

As part of the overall improvement project, we applied a fresh coat of paint to the building’s exterior, covering approximately 14,200 square feet across the west and north sides. We prepared the surfaces through power washing, caulking, and spot priming in areas that required extra attention. Then we applied a topcoat in a client-approved color, revitalizing the warehouse’s appearance while ensuring long-term protection against the elements.

Now the warehouse has better access, upgraded security, and a newly painted exterior. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality workmanship that meets the functional needs and aesthetic expectations of our clients.
