Bridgeview Historical Apartments: Air Duct Cleaning and Painting
In early October 2024, Landmark Management approached us to commercially clean the air ducts at Bridgeview Apartments, a historic loft building in downtown Cleveland. However, the project quickly evolved to include a new coat of paint. Using advanced airless spraying techniques, we applied a premium Sherwin-Williams DTM (Direct-to-Metal) coating, which is durable and offers a polished finish. Completed in just 7-10 days from start to finish, this project demonstrates our commitment to delivering quality results at large commercial spaces on a timeline.
