Maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse contributes to productivity and safety, which is why Dr Pepper Snapple Group turned to us for a refresh of their pallet jack station markings. Over time, heavy foot traffic and daily operations had worn down the existing lines. Our team was brought in to restore the clarity of the lines and improve the space’s functionality.

To ensure minimal disruption to the facility’s operations, we coordinated with the client to schedule the project at their preferred time. We prepared the workspace by setting up the necessary staging and barricades, keeping the area safe while work was underway. Before applying fresh paint, we carefully mapped out the existing pallet jack station lines. Using high-visibility yellow paint that meets Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) standards, we repainted the designated areas, making them more defined and easier to see.

Additionally, four new box areas were marked in the same bright yellow. To enhance durability and extend the lifespan of the new markings, we applied a clear warehouse epoxy topcoat, creating a protective layer designed to withstand daily wear and tear. Finally, we added black numbering to the designated areas, as requested by the client, making identification quick and efficient for warehouse staff.
