• What do you do at Southwest Companies? Bookkeeping, creating new protocols and procedures, working hand in hand with the salesmen to reach company goals.
• What are your credentials/past experience, for working in your position? Secretarial Work, Retail Store Manager.
• What do you like about working at Southwest Companies? First and foremost, being given the opportunity to work in my position with no background in the construction industry or bookkeeping. I love that my job challenges me every day in different ways. I am encouraged to further my education so I can be the best at what I do.
• What do you like about working in the commercial restoration industry? The industry is constantly growing, and so is Southwest. I like that at Southwest, I work right beside the owner in brainstorming and initiating different ways to make Southwest the #1 commercial restoration company in the greater Cleveland area.
• What are the values that drive you? Leadership, Honesty, and Independence.
• What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? Lifting weights, reading, watching terrible reality tv, and spending time with my animals!
