Auto Glass Now
In August 2024, we completed a comprehensive roof replacement for Auto Glass Now in Columbus. We installed a durable thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) roofing system to provide long-lasting protection, energy efficiency, and compliance with Ohio’s building codes.
Auto Glass Now: Roofing Replacement
We mobilized to the Auto Glass Now site and removed the existing roof system down to the original deck surface, allowing us to inspect the deck for any potential damage. We installed insulation over the garage and office areas, adhering to Ohio’s Building Code and improving energy efficiency. Over the newly installed insulation, we applied a .060 mil reinforced TPO roof system, mechanically attached for maximum durability.
To ensure a weather-tight seal, we installed new TPO flashing around all roof protrusions, walls, and curbs, using termination bars where necessary. Our team also installed custom prefinished 26-gauge coping, gutters, and gravel stops to achieve a professional and polished finish.
We provided a two-year installation warranty on the work performed, alongside a 20-year manufacturer’s warranty for the TPO roof system. Throughout the project, our team maintained a clean work site and ensured the property was left in excellent condition.
