Robert Jones has been with Southwest Companies for nearly 2 years, serving as the Assistant Shop Manager. His main responsibilities include transporting materials and tools to job sites in a timely manner and checking in with salesmen and team leads to ensure every job runs smoothly. Robert is dedicated to his role and has recently completed scaffold/swing stage and concrete patch classes to enhance his skills.

Robert appreciates the opportunity Southwest Companies has given him to grow in his role. His favorite part of the job is being part of the process that ensures projects run smoothly and effectively. Driven by values such as effective communication, honesty, and teamwork, Robert takes pride in making sure everyone has what they need for projects to run smoothly.

Outside of work, Robert enjoys walking trails and spending time with his kids. He values creating bonds with clients and making them feel comfortable with the company. Every project is special to him because he is a part of seeing it through to completion. Robert believes his role helps both the company and clients feel at ease by ensuring everything needed for projects is provided. His biggest accomplishment is moving up in the company and using his skills to help Southwest Companies grow bigger and better.
