Michael Tomasone has been with Southwest Companies for 22 years and currently serves as President. Having started his journey in the field as a teenager, Michael has experienced every job role within the company, growing from the ground up to his current leadership position. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton.

Michael enjoys working with the entire team at SWC and finds satisfaction in fixing building issues and offering viable solutions. His professional life is driven by values of honesty, hard work, and high ethical standards. Outside of work, Michael loves spending time with his family and skiing in the winter. Interestingly, he has wanted to work for SWC since kindergarten and feels he is truly living his dream job.

Michael takes pride in working with clients, developing construction building solutions, and contributing to the growth of SWC, creating more opportunities for employees and enhancing services for clients. Among his many significant accomplishments, he particularly enjoys seeing the buildings he helped repair and restore in downtown Cleveland, a testament to his lasting impact on the company and the community.
