Kyle Gedeon

Kyle Gedeon serves as General Manager of Southwest Companies Inc., overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the entire organization runs with clarity and accountability. Like many on the SWC team, Kyle’s career here began early — as a teenage laborer on job sites — and grew through dedication and continuous learning. He holds both his undergraduate degree and his Law Degree from the University of Toledo.

Within SWC’s EOS framework, Kyle serves as the Implementer — the counterpart to Michael’s Visionary role — translating strategy into execution and making sure the right people, processes, and priorities are aligned across every part of the business. He finds the most fulfillment in bringing order to complexity and ensuring the team consistently delivers on what it commits to. Values of honesty and hard work are the foundation of everything he does.

Outside of work, Kyle enjoys golf and volleyball.
