Kyle Gedeon has been with Southwest Companies for 18 years and currently serves as General Manager. He handles the day-to-day operations in an integrator role and oversees Flat Roofing Sales and Project Management.

Starting his career as a laborer on job sites during his teenage years, Kyle worked his way up to project manager and eventually took over the roofing division, attending manufacturing training classes to further his expertise. Kyle enjoys meeting new business owners and helping them repair their building assets. His favorite part of the job is the flexibility it offers.

Driven by values of honesty and hard work, Kyle finds fulfillment in resolving clients’ building issues, especially those that have been difficult to solve. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf and volleyball.
