Bridgeview Historical Apartments: Preserving a Landmark
The Bridgeview Historical Apartments restoration project showcases our dedication to preserving the heritage of Downtown Cleveland’s architectural landmarks.
This extensive restoration, conducted for Landmark Management, involved meticulous tuckpointing and commercial caulking to maintain the structural integrity and historical charm of the building. The project began with remortaring the 10th-floor clay cap, followed by the use of cranes to deliver equipment to the 11th and 13th floors. Our team made significant progress remortaring the roof clay cap and sandstone to address inspection infractions. Additionally, we undertook mortar and re-bricking work in the north building alley and performed industrial metal window caulking and painting on the building’s north side.
This comprehensive restoration effort ensures that the Bridgeview Historical Apartments remain a cherished part of Cleveland’s history for years to come
